Our highly modern 3-axis up to 7-axis milling machines with CAM interface provide the processing of almost all materials of different sizes. The 3D-coordinate measuring machine secures the highest quality and precision.

Thanks to extended possibility of complete processing in own plant, the processing time and costs can be enormously cut down.

The HSC milling (High Speed Cutting) represents the procedure of high speed cutting.

The technology of simultaneous milling allows us to produce difficult workpieces with various surfaces and complex geometry.

Our high-dynamic milling machines meet all assumptions for high-speed milling. And so even the complex 3D-contours can be effectively processed with the smallest tools.

Special traveling column machines or portal milling machines are used for production of larger and heavier parts.

Subsequent processing

You can benefit not only from milling but also from our considerable vertical integration. Additionally, we can process your components in the fields of lathing, welding, sheet metal forming up to the assembly installation. Moreover, we offer you various possibilities of surface treatment. This means shorter way, faster production and lower costs for your assembly.

Great material removal rate is reached with high rotational speed and feed rate and simultaneously the surface quality increases. Another benefit presents the prevention from material distortion because of low warming of components and at the same time protection of machine geometry.

We have also made some progress in the field of Automation from pallet exchanger.

In simultaneous milling move more axis at the same time and also the tool, having the newest program-software, can be positioned at various angles to the workpiece.

With our modern 5-axis machinery, together with our program system we can implement free-form surfaces or spherical arched surfaces and guarantee the highest surface quality.

Our high accurate milling centers with hydrostatic mounted and powered axis belong to the most precise CNC processing centers in the world. That is why the highest precision and surface quality is guaranteed. To fulfill these requirements we use own separated air-conditioned milling area.
