We offer you other production activities. These include eroding, grinding, vibratory grinding, annealing and laser marking. The high precision parts can be produced thanks to eroding and grinding.

When you have special requirements on milled material, we can anneal almost all materials in our plant. As a finish, we also offer vibratory grinding or annealing.

Other procedure technologies

Eroding is a processing procedure, by which electrically conducting materials are stripped through electric charge.

Grinding is a processing procedure for fine and finish machining of precision parts. It can be used on manual or CNC-controlled grinding machines.

We offer you different surface treatment with our orbital sander system, and tub and rotary vibrators. All methods of the process are possible.

By very complex parts and applications we can anneal materials stress-relieved before lathing or milling. That is the reason why the subsequent precision parts keep particular dimensional accuracy.

Subsequent processing

After processing your parts you can benefit from our remarkable vertical integration. Additionally, we can process your components in the fields of milling, lathing, welding, sheet metal forming up to the assembly installation. Moreover, we offer you various possibilities of surface treatment. This means shorter way, faster production and lower costs for your assembly.

Eroding

Eroding is a processing procedure, by which electrically conducting materials are stripped through electric charge. The processed tool never touches the processed workpiece.

  • Starting hole shooting Ø 0.3 mm – 3 mm (CNC controlled)
  • Wire-eroding with the tolerance of ± 0.002 mm
  • Processing with wires of Ø 0.005 mm – 0.30 mm
  • Surface quality of Ra 0.1 reachable

  • Sink-erosion with all erosion materials
  • Very good experience in carbide metal working

Grinding

Grinding is a processing procedure for fine and finish machining of precision parts. It can be used on manual or CNC-controlled grinding machines. The grinding processing is primarily suitable for hard materials, materials with high surface quality or materials with high dimensional accuracy.

Circular grinding:

  • Accuracy of ± 0.002 mm
  • Maximal workpiece length 900 mm
  • Maximal Ø 400 mm
  • Up to Ra 0.2 possible
  • Finished for series and single parts production
  • Processing of all common steel grades

Profile grinding / flat grinding:

  • Production of complex profile shape through the dressing of required grinding wheels
  • High precision contours on all common materials possible
  • Up to Ra 0.3 possible
  • Processing of all common steel grades
  • Hard metal processing

Jig grinding:

  • Grinding of outer contours and bore holes
  • Ra value up to 0.1 possible
  • Processing of all common steel grades

By grinding we rely on the machines of various producers, such as ELB, Hauser, Jung, Kellenberger, Kuhlmeyer or Studer.

Vibratory grinding & ultrasonic cleaning

We offer you different surface treatment with our orbital sander system, and tub and rotary vibrators. All methods of the process are possible. The washing and vibrating medium are kept clean thanks to the process water recycling systems

The cleaning of your precision parts can be reached also through common or electrolyte-free ultrasonic cleaning plant.

Size:

  • Tub vibrators with size 1,000 x 610 x 500 mm
  • Rotary vibrators with Ø 1,100 mm

Materials:

  • All processed materials can be vibratory grinded.

By vibratory grinding we rely on the machines and vibrating medium of the Roesler company.

Annealing

By very complex parts and applications we can anneal materials stress-relieved before lathing or milling. That is the reason why the dimensional accuracy can be followed process-safe in the subsequent processing.

Size:

  • Ovens up to 500 x 390 x 770 mm

Material:

  • Almost all processed material (including special plastics) can be annealed.

By annealing, we rely on the ovens of the Naber and Rhoede company.
