Mühlbauer Talent Line
In our talent line, we promote our best resources, from apprentices to managers. The Talentline was launched in 2016 and offers young talents considerable development potential. Each mentoree is carefully helped and guided to reach a leadership role in her or his specialization. In addition, the Young Talents regularly meet at training events and learn to solve interdisciplinary problems together. The expansion of the TalentLine is currently planned across all career levels.
Specialist, technician, master and part-time study
We also support committed employees in their career plans to become professionals, technicians or masters, or to carry out a course of professional study accompanying the practical work. There are a lot of funding possibilities, which can be arranged individually.
For our executives, we regularly organize leadership training. The study becomes not only a tool for future work but a skill for your everyday life.
